Prices include VAT where applicable and are correct as of 15-10-2023 but may be subject to change. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All hearing aids will have a 60 day money back guarantee from the date of fitting subject to our refund policy.

The 5 year warranty covers against damage or fault which is deemed to be a result of manufacturing or mechanical issues but does not cover user or accidental damage or loss. We recommend you insure your hearing aids against accidental damage or loss. We recommend getting a number of quotes from insurers as your own household contents insurer may not be the cheapest.

The warranty does not cover aftercare which is paid for separately from the hearing aid purchase. Aftercare appointments will be chargeable at the prices detailed above.

For new clients, a £30.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment, which will be deducted from the appointment cost but is non refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice period. This does not apply to existing or previously seen clients.

On rare occasions, more than 2 appointments may be required dependent on the amount, condition and impacted state of the earwax.

Earwax removal appointments for Ear Health Matters Ltd hearing aid customers only, or those who have paid the adoption fee [7].

Does not include custom tips for Receiver in the Canal (RIC) hearing aids, unless the RIC is Ultra Power (UP) where the tip is required as standard.

NHS aids are not included as they remain the property of the NHS and should only be handled by authorised NHS personnel.
